What I believe.

Not every important relationship moment is a grand romantic gesture. Sometimes it's:

“How was your day?” A hand on your back. Remembering something they mentioned three days ago. Sitting down instead of walking away. Saying “I'm sorry” before pride starts doing overtime.

Not every change means something terrible. But ignoring every change isn't wisdom either.

Notice.Ask.Listen.

Then decide what deserves your attention.

Good relationships aren't perfect. They have misunderstandings. Bad days. Annoying habits. Sometimes very annoying habits. 😂

What matters is whether two people can keep finding their way back to connection.

You can control your choices.

Your words. Your attention. Your boundaries. Your behaviour.

And sometimes changing what you bring into a relationship changes the conversation around you.
